Gyflo respule is a medication commonly used in the managements of respiratory conditions such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease COPD asthma and other conditions where bronchospasm is an issue.

Glycopyrrolate is the active ingredient in glycopyrrolate respules. It belongs to a class of medications known as anticholinergics. It works by blocking the action og acetylcholine a neurotransmitter that plays a role in the contraction of smooth muscles, including those in the airways. 

The strength of Glycopyrrolate respules is 25 micrograms per respule. This is the amount of glycopyrrolate contained in each unit dose. 

Respules are typically  liquid formulations that are intended for inhalation using nebulized device. The liquid medication is converted into fine must or aerosol, which can then be inhaled into the lungs
